Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship from our warehouse in Houston, Texas to the contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska. For other countries, please contact us at support@rockairprotect.com and we will connect you with a Rockair distributor in your region.

How your order ships
Every Rockair shell ships in its own carton, fully protected. If you order more than one shell, each shell is sent as a separate package with its own tracking number, and packages may arrive on different days. Extensions may ship in a separate package from the shell and arrive on a different day.

Shipping rates
Shipping is charged per shell:

Rockair Short and Rockair Hybrid
Contiguous United States: $19 per shell
Hawaii and Alaska: $85 per shell

Rockair Long
Contiguous United States: $23 per shell
Hawaii and Alaska: $95 per shell

Orders containing only extensions ship free.

The exact shipping total is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within a single business day. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number for each package. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States and 7 to 10 business days to Hawaii and Alaska.

Pre Order items
Pre Order items ship according to the estimated shipping time shown on the product page at the time of your order. If your order includes a Pre Order item, the whole order ships together once it is in stock.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at support@rockairprotect.com with your order number and we will make it right.
