How it Started
We're surfers. We've traveled with our boards, handed them to baggage handlers, and hoped for the best. Along the way, we kept noticing the same blind spot in every travel case on the market — protection on the rails, but nothing on the nose, tail, and deck. The parts that take the real hits. It wasn't a missing product. It was a missing idea. So we built it.
Building the Solution
We didn't want a better bag. We wanted to solve the problem the bag was never designed to handle. So we started building — prototype after prototype, testing how much force each version could absorb before it failed. We destroyed a lot of foam. We learned something from every version. Seven months later, we had something we'd actually trust with our own boards.
The Rockair
This is the protection we wish existed. Built for surfers who want to land, unpack, and paddle out — not stand at baggage claim holding broken pieces. Seven months. Countless prototypes. One goal: make sure your board arrives the way you left it.
