Pre-Order & Shipping Policy

The RockAir Short Shell is currently available for pre-order.

- Your card is charged at checkout to reserve your unit.
- Pre-orders ship within 12 weeks of your order date. We'll email you tracking as soon as your order ships.
- You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund — just contact us at support@rockairprotect.com.
- If we ever expect a delay beyond this window, we'll notify you and give you the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.
